Currently, when I save an Instgram video url, the AI returns a summary of the instagram account and not the audio summary / transcript from the video.

I'd like to search my previous AskMemo chats. It would be great to organise them by date / keyword / name. Also, I'd like to delete some of the previous chats.

Migrating bookmarks from Safari into MyMemo would resolve a user pain point and lower user switching costs. That said, there's no MacOS Safari extension or some way to add MyMemo to Apple's "Share Sheet" menu--this a major friction point and barrier to new user acquisition. Also, one of your top competitors is Mem: https://help.mem.ai. Every feature they have that you don't--e.g. Voice Mode and Heads Up...consider adding to ensure you stay competitive and potentially capture more market share. Additional competition to watch: https://betterstacks.com, and https://elephas.app. Stacks is building out their ecosystem--it already includes a browser Copilot and Elephas wins with Apple integration, acceptable source types, and the "outputs" users can get e.g. presentations can be created from a user's knowledge, data visuals, etc. are other "outputs"/"deliverables" provided to users. Don't delay! Seize the first mover advantage and update!

I just noticed that about 60% of the material I have uploaded to MyMemo has “analyzing” next to it. It would be nice if this percentage could be lowered to, say, 5%. FYI: I uploaded much of the material months ago.

When I ask for a summary of a YouTube video, I first have an almost empty image with an equally empty summary and then, I have the requested video. It costs two credits for a single request and it wastes time.

Currently I have to select each item individually to add them all to a collection. This is very slow. It would be better if there was a way to select all the items in the current view, deselect irrelevant ones and apply a group action to them, like adding them all to a collection.

Instead of "Welcome to the podcast!", allow us to add multiple intros (possibly for each collection type) in settings area.

I am a paying user, and every file or note I upload to MyMemo (https://app.mymemo.ai/home) is getting stuck indefinitely on the “AI Summarizing” status. Issue occurs with: PDFs, text notes, and web captures. The tool has become unusable and dead in the water. Behavior: The status never clears, no summary is generated, and I cannot access or use the uploaded content Troubleshooting tried: Refreshing the page, logging out/in, trying different browsers (issue persists) Frequency: It happens on 100% of uploads since November 13, 2025 Impact: This is blocking me from using the platform entirely, and I rely on it for managing and summarizing important materials. When I click on the extension or in the context menu, I always get the message "please login first" even though I am connected to Mymemo in the tab next to it.

when clipping a webpage to be saved, it would be great if we had a context window where we could type in why we’re saving it or anything like. I’ve attached an example from a product called lazy.SO

Currently, when I paste a Facebook link into Mymemo, the system only displays and summarizes the login content on that website. Although we can view some internal information, I notice that Mymemo is not yet able to summarize the specific content of the post or information from the linked profile. I would like to propose whether it is possible to develop an additional feature for Mymemo to: • Summarize the main content of the Facebook post linked. • Or provide summarized information about the Facebook profile (if the link leads to a personal page or fanpage). Adding this feature could optimize the user experience, particularly in processing and analyzing social media content.

During a chat with the AskMemo, the AI output cuts short before it finishes the whole paragraph or a sentence in the web browser. It works fine on the iphone app.

Typing a query about my notes takes a long time to give a result. Mostly it's just stuck there "Thinking..."
